Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views all the way to Gibraltar and the African coast. The community area with the infinity community pool is furnished with sun loungers. A car is recommended; the property offers secure parking right in front of the house.

The spacious, 180 m² flat is located on the first floor of a three storey apartment building, which was only built in 2013. It is equipped with all modern amenities, including an elevator, a security system and air conditioning (heating/cooling). The flat boasts a living/dining area with open plan kitchen two bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a television, a DVD and a CD player and a dining table and chairs. There is also a fireplace, offering a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. The villa is about 5 km from a sandy beach with crystal clear waters. There is a regular bus schedule to Elvira. In Elvira's town centre you find numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is at the bottom of the hill, about 150 meters from the property.
