The traditional farm house from 1934 was renovated in 1010 and is equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning (heating/cooling). The 120 m² level access villa offers a bright living/dining area with an open plan kitchen, three bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms with windows and a separate guest toilet with a washing machine. The living room is furnished with a cosy sectional, a wall mounted, flat screen satellite television with a USB connection and a DVD player, a stereo and a CD player and a wooden dining table and eight chairs.
