This holiday house enjoys a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The house built in 2014 is at ground level and provides 120m² of space for six people and a baby. The living room measures 52m² and consists of an open kitchen, a large dining table and a corner with lounge furniture. Cable TV, a CD and DVD player are provided. The kitchen has an induction hob, an oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Of the three bedrooms, two are furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm, of which one is electronically adjustable), and the other with two single beds (80 x 200cm), as well as a travel cot. A highchair is available free of charge, along with a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower (80 x 120cm), two washbasins and a towel radiator. There is also a separate WC. All the rooms have underfloor heating. Wireless Internet reception is available throughout the house.
There is a south-facing terrace outside with seating, as well as a garden with a charcoal grill for your own exclusive use. There are three private car parking spaces.
Two bicycles are available for use free of charge. They can be parked in a little garden shed.
The nearest supermarket (including tobacconist) and a restaurant are just 500 metres away. The beach and the Port Manech harbour are less than a kilometre away. It is a fifteen-minute walk to the Port Manech beach, as well as the Rospico beach.
