This holiday flat is located in a housing complex outside of the town of Elviria, on the golf course, about two kilometres from the ocean.
Enjoy the views of the neighbouring 18 hole golf course and all the way to the ocean from the 50 m² loggia, furnished with a dining table and conservatory furniture. The complex has a tropical garden and two community pools. There are sun loungers and a kiddie pool. This apartment also has a car parking space in the garage.
The 106 m² apartment, renovated in 2015, can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The charming holiday flat boasts a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, a dining room, a kitchen with an oven, gas stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, washing machine, a toaster, a kettle and dishwasher and two bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bathtub - and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds).
