    „It is a large house with a very reasonable pool. You have a lot of privacy and see view from all floors. You need a car for everything, the nearest supermarket approx 1,5km down the hill, quite steep climb on the way back (with 36 degrees). Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has an own bathroom. The kitchen inventory quite ok. No air conditioning down stairs, there is a mobile air conditioning unit however this is by far not as efficient as the airco on the 1st floor. The house is unfortunately outdated and quite a number of facilities is not working anymore or not working well. Some examples: the dish washer is not cleaning well, not even after cleaning the filters which were quite dirty, there are power sockets hanging out of the walls, the sink in the kitchen is not draining properly, when you shower in the master bathroom the sink in the kitchen starts smelling badly and runs over, the ice maker in the fridge is not working at all, some cabinets in the kitchen are not closing well, the freezer is not cold enough so ice is smelting even on the highest stand, the tiny tiles in the pool are coming off, there is an urinoir down stairs but it cannot be used as it does not flush properly, lights at the pool not all working anymore, 2 bbqs but both really rusty, door handles are falling off, etc. The house is for sale and the owner is not investing anymore, which is pretty obvious. Also the house was probably not rented for a long time and it smelled quite musty.
    The local agent is great and tries his outmost best to help with the smaller shortcomings.
