The holiday apartments are in an apartment building in a quiet residential area of Riva del Garda.
The house offers two independent holiday apartments. The main entrance, entrance stairs and lift are shared with other house residents.
All around the residential house there is a garden with a courtyard, with a parking space for each apartment. There is unmonitored parking space for bicycles.
The centre of Riva del Garda is a kilometre away and provides a good range of shopping facilities. It is about 400 metres to a grocery shop and a restaurant. The beaches at Lake Garda are 1200 metres away.

This holiday apartment of around 80m² has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 20cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath with massage jets. The living room-kitchen comprises a living room, dining space and cooking area. The living room has two sofa beds each for one person (80 x 200cm), and the dining and cooking space has a table with four chairs and two stools, as well as a kitchen unit equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment.
