Comfortable holiday house with its own bay for swimming, ideal for a relaxing holiday
This is a holiday house with modern furnishing and fittings, a detached property with an exclusive swimming plateau. It is on a terraced site by the shore in a quiet part of the Prapatna bay, right by the sea. You can enjoy relaxing time out in this comfortably furnished retreat, just a few kilometres from the town centre of Vela Lukas popular among tourists. It is in the north-west of the island of Korcula, accessed by ferry from Split.
You can enjoy dining outside on the 15m² balcony terrace. Plenty of chairs and a table are provided. An awning provides optional shade. There are a few steps down to the sunny terrace at the foot of the site by the shore, which is laid out as a swimming plateau, with steps and a railing leading down into the water. A parasol and loungers are provided for sunbathing and there is also a grill.
The holiday house with a private, terraced garden, a balcony and sun terrace is in a bay to the north of Vela Luka, with a road leading from there to it. There is an open garage available. Then a 300-metre-long path leads to your holiday accommodation. Outdoor stairs lead directly to the balcony and then indoors. The house provides 65m² of living space, comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open living, sleeping and dining room. The first bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The double-door wardrobe provides ample storage space for your luggage and the bedroom window affords a view of the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed 8160 x 200cm) and a dresser. The external door also looks out at the sea and you can step out onto the balcony. The laminate flooring and the wooden panels on the ceiling make the bedroom very cosy. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a shower curtain, a window, a WC and a washbasin with a mirror. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly, as well as a large and a small towel for each guest. The living, cooking and dining room are all in one and the floor is tiled. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with three flames, a fridge with a freezer compartment and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, for convenient self-catering. The kitchen unit has an adjoining round dining table with four chairs. You can relax in the living room on the sofa, with satellite TV providing entertainment. Free wireless Internet access is available. A big glazed door lets plenty of daylight in and allows you to look out at the bay whilst dining. It leads out onto the balcony terrace. The electricity is provided by solar panels.
The town is about 2.5km away, with many amenities such as restaurants, cafés and shops awaiting your visit. You can also enjoy water sports and tennis courts. The town is also characterised by pebbled beaches and little islands facing it.
