Generous apartment with a modern interior, a private pool and a sunny terrace
The 135m² modern holiday house is in Bujici, a green suburb of Porec, just 3km away. It is just a few minutes’ drive to the beautiful beaches of the region and the centre of Porec.
The dining room and living room open onto the terrace, with a grill chimney and garden furniture. Outside there are also a well-maintained garden and a private pool. There is a shower next to the pool. Two cars can be parked free of charge on site.
The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with air conditioning, a fridge and freezer, a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, as well as a microwave. The kitchen has a counter separating it from the dining space with a table and chairs. The spacious and air-conditioned living room has an enclosed fireplace and comfortable sofas, and satellite TV. This floor also has a guest WC. The upper floor, accessed up stairs, has two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bath or shower, a washbasin and a WC. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (810 x 200cm), while the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The whole house has free wireless Internet access. Hand towels, bath towels for the loungers, bed linen and tea towels are all provided. There is a safe for your valuables. The owner allows you to bring a maximum of two small pets.
There are restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centres (2k), cycle paths and various beaches (5km) near the house. The nearest ferry harbour is 5km away and the airport is 45km away.
