Generous holiday apartment at the heart of Rome
The holiday apartment is centrally located in the Borgo Prati district, not far from the Vatican and the Piazza del Popolo.
The accommodation is on the ground floor of a five-storey residential building. The apartment is light, generously proportioned (120m²) and comfortably furnished. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room-kitchen. The bedrooms have air conditioning and each have a double bed, a cupboard, a mirror and a dresser. Two of the beds measure 180 x 200cm, the third measures 140 x 200cm. Two further people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, so a maximum of eight people can be accommodated, for a holiday with family or friends. A small pet is allowed. Both bathrooms have a shower and a hairdryer is also available. There is a little room with a washing machine and dryer. The living room has air conditioning, a sofa and a dining table with six chairs, a TV and a DVD player. The modern kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, mixer etc. Wireless Internet access is free of charge. The apartment has heating throughout and faces the interior courtyard.
The courtyard has a little garden for all residents, where you can relax on benches and park bicycles. There are free, public parking areas about 500 metres away and there are payable underground garages nearby.
Owing to the central location, you can choose between several restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. It is just 50 metres to a roofed market (Via Sabotino). There are various sights within walking or cycling distance, with a cycle path right in front of the house. It is 1.5km to the Vatican and about 2km to Piazza del Popolo.
