The accommodation is very centrally located in Praia a Mare and at the same time just 150 metres from the beach.
There are two guest rooms and a separate holiday apartment in a family-run B&B. The accommodation is on the ground floor, has heating and air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, energy costs, TV and access to wireless Internet are all included.
The garden and the terrace of the B&B are shared by all guests and provide tables, chairs and other garden furniture, so you can sit together comfortably outdoors and dine. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. You can park your car on free, public parking spaces nearby.
The house is in the middle of town, with the central squares about 200 metres away. Within half a kilometre you can find everything you need: café-bars, restaurants, night-time bars and supermarkets. The nearest beach is only a stone’s throw away. This accommodation is ideal for holiday-makers without a car, as the train station is within easy walking distance. You can hire bicycles very nearby to cycle along the lovely waterfront cycle path, which stretches as far as the little island of Isola di Dino.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and is a self-contained residential unit. You enter into a living room with a kitchen unit and a sofa. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the second one with two single beds (80 x 196cm). There is also a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. The final cleaning can be carried out either by yourselves or booked for a fee.
