This holiday house can accommodate up to ten people plus a toddler comfortably within about 140m² of living space. The house is ideal for families with children, with several generations, with friends or for couples seeking peace and quiet. The stylish interior of a high standard will ensure that your holiday is an unforgettable experience. The house was completed in November 2015 and is in the Rerik holiday park by the Baltic Sea, which consists of newly built holiday houses. The upper floor is ideal to withdraw to, to enjoy peace and quiet at night or even having a midday nap. All the beds have adjustable slatted frames and quality mattresses. All the bedrooms can be darkened. There is also a lovely wellness bathroom for relaxing, with a bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. All the windows are fitted with fly screens, to keep unwanted visitors out. This floor has three bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe and satellite TV. There is a safe for your valuables in one of the bedrooms. If you have a toddler then an additional small travel bed can be provided.
The front door is opened with an individual access code. The ground floor has a big living and dining room with a cosy leather sitting corner, a fireplace stove and a big dining table for ten people, as well as a high-quality and fully-equipped built-in kitchen. There is also a big shower room with a sauna. If you are not out and about then you can enjoy satellite TV or a good film on DVD from the suite. If you prefer music then you can use the stereo system with a radio/CD and an iPod and USB connection. Or you can relax in front of the fireplace stove and listen to the crackling of the fire. There is a modern, fully-equipped and generous kitchen-diner, so you can pursue your culinary hobby on holiday. It provides a big fridge with a freezer compartment, an induction hob, a cooker hood, a raised oven, a dishwasher, a microwave etc. There is also a washing machine. A highchair is available for a toddler. The modern bathroom comprises a sauna, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. A double door leads out into the fresh Baltic Sea air after a sauna session. A hairdryer is provided. A fly screen in the door keeps unwanted pests out.
Four cars can be parked right next to the house. If you have brought your own bicycles or have hired them than you can store them in a lockable bicycle shed. The outdoor area is enclosed with a mesh fence and a natural stone wall. The living and dining room opens directly onto the big terrace. The big garden table for ten people invites you to enjoy a sociable grill evening. An electric grill is kept in the bicycle shed. Charcoal, open fire and lighters are not allowed due to the fire risk of the thatched roofs. The house is also non-smoking. The ground floor and the upper floor have tiled flooring, suitable for allergy sufferers. The attic is laid with vinyl. There is a children’s table with two stools for toddlers and children’s crockery and cutlery are provided. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept off the fabrics, the sofa and all the beds.
