This finca with a total of six properties is located in southwestern Tenerife, away from the masses of tourists, in the typical Canary fishing village Alcalá. It is surrounded by mountains and banana plantations.
The finca accommodates up to eighteen people in three holiday homes and three holiday flats. There are a total of nine bedrooms. The property is ideal for family get together, anniversaries, meetings, clubs or large groups.
Outside, you will find the heated salt water pool with a water temperature of 27 degrees. There is a private sandy beach with a beach chair and a head and foot shower. The 10,500 m² property is surrounded by a wall. It does not obstruct the beautiful ocean views, as it is located at 130 meters above sea levels on a hillside. All units have views of the Atlantic Ocean and neighbouring La Gomera. There are no neighbours, just the beautiful mountainous surroundings and the banana plantation.
The entrance gate can comfortably opened and closed with a remote control. The finca has an adjacent organic garden, where vegetables, herbs, fruit, bananas, grapes, mangos, papayas, passion fruit, pineapple, figs, strawberries, palm trees, cacti and more, thrive.
It is about a ten minute walk to the fishing village Alcalá (about one kilometre). It is also one kilometre to the swimming cove. It is six kilometres to Abama golf course and 20 minutes to other golf courses in the south of the island.

This luxurious 100m² holiday flat boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open plan living room. The living room is tastefully furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, a dining table for your and a modern kitchen unit with an island. The modern kitchen is furnished with a 4 burner ceran stove, an island, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an espresso maker and more. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms with shower, sink, bidet, hairdryer, towels, hand towels and bath robes. Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning in the living room are also available. The washing machine is located in a separate room outside of the apartment.
