This modern holiday apartment for up to five people enjoys a central location in the Five Lakes region between Ammersee and Lech, right by the Eibenwald nature reserve, inviting you to go on leisurely walks.

The apartment is on the lower floor of a two-family house on a slope. The 66m² apartment with modern furnishing has its own entrance with a parking space right in front of the door. The bathroom has a washing machine and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, for relieving you of tiresome washing up. The living and sleeping room has two big supplementary beds, a big sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen with a dining room is fully-equipped and also has a dining table with five chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and cupboard bed, as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower, a WC, washbasin and washing machine (under-floor heating). The entrance has cloakroom space and a storage room.

The big, roofed, furnished, south-facing terrace affords a lovely view of mountains and the big garden is ideal for children to play around in, or for grilling. The terrace provides a table, a three-seater bench and two chairs.

It is just a few minutes to the country restaurant “Zum Eibenwald“ with good homemade cuisine, a beer garden and a bowling alley. The absolutely central location is ideal for visiting the nearby castles of Ludwig II, for swimming in the many lakes (Starnberger See, Ammersee), visiting the many beer gardens and the most beautiful Bavarian baroque churches, for winter sports, hiking, cycling, sailing etc. Wessobrunn with ist 1250-year-old monastery is in the alpine foothills, on the edge of the Five Lakes region and at the heart of the Pfaffenwinkel.

The accommodation is an ideal starting point for day trips to the Starnberg region, Schongau (ca. 20 mins. By car), Landsberg, Murnau (ca. 30 mins. by car), Munich Augsburg, Bad Tölz, Füssen, Oberammergau, Garmisch (all 45/60 mins by car), visits to the King Ludwig castles, Andechs monastery and the beautiful Bavarian baroque churches, an open-air museum, the Allianz Arena, the Zugspitze, or also for winter sports (skiing, cross-country skiing), cycling, mountain climbing, hiking (König-Ludwig-Weg, Milchweg), as well as swimming and sailing at the lakes Ammersee, Starnberger See, Weßlinger See, Pilsensee, Wörthsee, Staffelsee, Osterseen, Walchensee, Kochelsee, Forggensee (each 25-35 mins by car).
