The house is designed as a three-story building consisting of an entrance area (hallway, toilet, laundry/boiler room) and a living area of 42m2 located on the ground floor. In addition, there is a spa area on the ground floor (sauna, hydromassage tub and shower) with an outdoor sunbathing area. In front of the living area there is a large covered terrace with a lounge area and a large gas grill. The sleeping part of the house consists of three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One room is on the ground floor, and two are on the first floor. The master bedroom on the first floor also has a free-standing bathtub and access to a large covered terrace. On the third floor, there is a large room that represents a chill-out zone, as well as a potentially additional room with a pull-out bed.
