About this spaceThis spacious home is situated on the 2nd floor of a brick row house on Park Avenue in the heart of Hoboken right outside of NYC. It boasts elegant characteristics with restored original details. The bedrooms and bathrooms are strategically placed on opposite sides for privacy, making it suitable for families, business executives, and leisure travelers. Whether you're seeking a short getaway to relax or an extended stay, this home provides a perfect place to unwind and make yourself at home.
Guest accessYou will have the whole apartment to yourself and access to the shared laundry room in the basement which is coin operated.
Other things to noteFuton couches in the living room are small therefore we have added 2 queen size air mattresses. Heating is controlled by the building and is regulated by the building owners and set to seasonal temperatures. Guests can expect to hear some noise during their stay. Ex: traffic, neighbors using common areas, nearby businesses.
The spaceLiving room includes smart TV, board games, retro gaming system with built-in 10000+ classic games, poker set, & domino set and 2 *small* (see photos for details) futon couches, .
Kitchen includes single serve k-cup coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, double fridge with automatic ice maker, full range oven & gas stove, microwave, tea kettle, pots, pans, utensils, dishes & bowls, and two 4 seating stool dinner tables.
Bedroom #1 includes one full size bed, queen size air mattress, work station desk, vintage books for reading, large closet, small fan, air conditioner in summer months, pack & play crib, iron & ironing board.
Bedroom #2 includes a twin over full bunk bed and queen size air mattress, small fan and air conditioner in summer months. There is no closet in this room but there are cubby holes for clothing storage.
Large bathroom includes sink, toilet, large stand in shower, towels & toiletries.
Small bathroom includes sink, toilet, small stand in shower, towels & toiletries.
Basement has 2 washers & 2 dryers that are coin operated.
