This modern holiday apartment is on a quiet street and is on the second floor of the house. It is only 500 metres to the beach and to the centre.
The apartment has two furnished balconies with a sea view. There is also a grill in the garden. The parking space is within the fenced garden. You receive automatic key to open the gate and drive your car in.
The spacious apartment provides 60m² of space for four people. It has modern bathroom with shower and a toilet. The bedroom has a double bed (160cm wide). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, which also has free Internet access and satellite TV. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge and coffee machine, providing everything you need for cooking. There is a dining table for four people. It is only 100 metres to the nearest grocery shop. It is two kilometres to the nearest supermarket. You can ride or play tennis nearby, the tennis court is just 500 metres from the house. It is also possible to hire bicycles and explore the surroundings on the cycle paths. You can swim at the nearby beach.
