Beautiful 1 Bedroom Studio Apartment

The Ana apartment is a beautiful ‘Studio Apartment’ which has been updated by the owner. Situated overlooking the beautiful pool area in the ‘Jardine del Mar’ complex. This is a place perfect for couples that want a base that is close to the port area of Javea.

The apartment terrace boasts a fantastic situation overlooking the large grassy pool area and gardens and is the perfect place to sit on a warm summer evening sipping a cocktail.
Situated only 500m away from the port area of Javea and ideal when you want to spend the evening strolling along the sea front or eating in one of the many restaurants that the port area has to offer.

Recently updated, the bedroom has been sectioned off and so is totally private, with fitted wardrobes. The lounge area is light and airy with a comfy sofa, TV and air-conditioning and leads out to a terrace with a table for upto 4 people.

The kitchen area has oven, hob and microwave and its own breakfast bar, ideal for those that like to be self-sufficient. The bathroom has a shower, W/C and basin and completes a perfect Studio apartment.

All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´ to give you the basics on your first day, ´Beach Towels´ to use whilst you're with us, allowing you more space in your suitcase for those extra clothes & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet WiFi´ so that you´re always connected. We want to make sure that you keep coming back year after year.

Entrance
The apartment has on street parking. There is a short walk to the covered entrance and this 1st floor apartment. The downstairs ‘Pool Area’ can be accessed by a short walk from the apartment.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Space
The lounge and outdoor terrace are the perfect place to get out of the sun and relax. The lounge has a comfy sofa and TV and has the advantage of Airconditioning. The covered terrace has views over the pool and gardens and a small dining table so you can enjoy alfresco dining. This area can be closed off with glass curtains to increase the lounge area.
The kitchen area has oven, hob and microwave and its own breakfast bar and is perfect for those that like to be self-sufficient. The bathroom has a shower, W/C and basin and completes a perfect Studio apartment.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A King bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The owner has separated out the bedroom to make it private. Guests can use the aircon in the lounge or the additional fan.

All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

Swimming pool and Sunbathing Area
The Ana apartment is situated in ‘Jardines del Mar’, one of the most developed complexes in Javea. The apartment has the use of a large tiled sun-drenched pool set in beautiful gardens and area surrounded by a large grass area. The pool area has a children’s pool and is totally enclosed. The whole area offers peace, tranquillity and privacy and is the ideal place to sit around with a good book whilst soaking up the Spanish sun.

As Ana Apartment sits so close to Javea it is perfect for those that want to go out and explore. If walking is your thing then the national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking. You are only 500m from the poort area and less than 2kn from the Arenal beach.

Jávea is full of things for people to do whilst they are on holiday including
