Villa Alt is located in the picturesque Dalmatian village of Debeljak in the county of Zadar.The 530 m2 Villa Alt with an indoor area of 150 m2 has the capacity to accommodate up to eight guests. The villa consists of the ground floor and the 1st floor. The ground floor of Villa Alt consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and access to a private bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is a storage room with a washing machine. On the 1st floor of Villa Alt, guests will find a large open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen next to a chic dining area for six people. The living area is located right next to the dining area and features a flat-screen TV, PlayStation4 and a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two guests. If the sleeping arrangement on the sofa is not ddemed suitable, the offer of the villa includes an extra bed that can be made available to guests. Glass doors from the dining area lead onto a balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The master bedroom is also located on the 1st floor of the Villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is an exit to a balcony with garden furniture. For entertainment purposes, guests of Villa Alt have a PlayStation console at their disposal. The courtyard of Villa Alt is fully fenced so that guests have full privacy during their stay at the villa.
