This detached white house is set in a quiet alley with a forest behind and barely 10 minute walk to La Franca beach, one of the 25 best beaches in Europe, according to The Guardian.La Franca is a village east of Asturias close to Picos de Europa mountain range, you can be on the beach and enjoy the mountain view. White sandy beach which uncovers its beauty even further in low tide. La Franca beach has all you need, an uncrowded beach with bars and restaurants, a river with clear waters, a forest view, and infinite crystal clear water, caves and extraordinary rock formations. In low tide you can walk along the coast to Bendía, a much wilder beach which is in low tide, is larger than La Franca. This beach has another access from the top and you can arrive to the end of the track at the top by car.The house has easy access to motorway and main roads, 2 restaurants open all year 5 min walk, plus a restaurant in the hotel by the beach.There is a small shop as part of the campsite on the beach. For further shopping, the petrol station nearby has a Carrefour express and cafeteria and 5 km away, Unquera, where you will find pharmacy, tobacconist, DIY shops, butchers, bakery, fish mongers, restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, etc..A smaller village; Colombres is even closer for post office, and small supermarket. this village is famous for its Indiano Archive and beautiful buildings built in the return of wealth made in the Americas.Other places of interest are Las Cuevas de Pindal, San Vicente de La Barquera, LLanes and all along the coast, inland beaches (Cobijero), caves, and waterholes ( to enjoy only in Autumn and Winter with big tides)
