Spectacular 5 star luxury villa for 5 to 26 guests (just started renting) - Wrap around balcony, fantastic ocean/garden/mountain views, 8 air conditioned bedrooms, 14 separate beds, 5 bath/shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining tables, multiple living rooms, bar & billiards area, games room with table tennis/darts/table football/Xbox/PlayStation, 4-person sauna/steam room, 20 metre private swimming pool and jacuzzi surrounded by terraces and private tropical gardens with sun loungers and umbrella shades.

20 metre private swimming pool, enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, mature tropical gardens, terraces for outdoor dining, charcoal BBQ - Parking for up to 10 cars, 3 covered spaces in car port.

Villa Casablanca is in the Bonalba resort in Mutxamel, just outside of Alicante - It's perfect for holidays, birthday/retirement celebrations, family get-togethers, hen/stag events, reunions, corporate team building - There is air conditioning for the summer, underfloor central heating for the winter, the villa can be used 365 days of the year. For evening entertainment there are three areas with large screen smart digital televisions, great for giving children their own space, or for corporate events, and there is also a large desk working area for up to 4 people.

The ground floor interior is step free and has bedrooms and bathrooms, so is suitable for people with disabilities.

Everything is included, utilities, charcoal BBQ, high speed broadband wifi, linen and towels, valuables safe, high-chairs, cots, covered private parking for 3 cars and space for 7 more on the drive, no extra charges.

If you love golf, not only will you be staying 3 minutes walk from the award winning Bonalba golf course, but also Villa Casablanca is right in the centre of the 160km coast line that is the Costa Blanca, along which there are more than 20 world class golf courses for you to play.

Getting here is easy – Alicante airport is just a 20 minute taxi ride away and Murcia airport is about an hour, both are served by multiple budget airlines all year round. You have many options available to you for getting around, there are plenty of local taxis and most of our guests prefer this if they want to visit the beach or Alicante as they typically spend most of time within the Bonalba resort area, but you can also rent mountain bikes which we can help with if you wish, for heading down to the beach, or of course you can rent a car if you want to explore further afield.

Alicante has an amazing dry microclimate, 300+ days of sunshine annually and the World Health Organisation considers this area as having the most healthy/cleanest air quality in all Europe.

Villa Casablanca is a private property that you rent entirely and exlusively for your group. The price is the same for up to 26 guests which is our maximum. Only you will have access during your holiday, with the exception of garden/pool maintenance when required.

We offer flexible booking conditions, but we don’t allow any pets, and the villa is in a peaceful upmarket residential area where we cannot allow any loud parties or noise that could disturb neighbours. If you are looking for a party house or loud outdoor music, this villa is not suitable for you. Maximum guests day or night is 26, and it’s 4pm earliest check in and 10am latest check out.

We have a property management team locally to support you both before and during your stay. Our ambition is to make sure that you and your group have the most amazing time, leave the villa reluctantly and are fully satisfied with every aspect of your stay.

Bonalba is a golf/spa resort in Mutxamel, just outside Alicante, and everything you need for your holiday is within walking distance of Villa Casablanca if preferred, many of our guests never leave the resort. Within three minutes walk there are multiple bars, restaurants, wine bars and a small supermarket. At the Bonalba golf club, also three minutes walk away, there is a water park, spa, gym, tennis courts, creche, restaurants and a magnificent 18 hole par 72 golf course (charges apply of course). There are also wonderful hiking trails.

In the local area, you are just 10 minutes taxi ride from the white sands of San Juan Playa, one of Europe’s best beaches, 3km long and lined with watersports, shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. If you would like to rent mountain bikes for your group, we can help with that.

Alicante is just a 20 minute taxi ride away, the regional capital and port, hundreds of shops, markets, bars, coffee shops, restaurants (including two with Michelin stars) and nightclubs as well as every holiday activity you can imagine including boat trips, sea fishing, museums, cathedrals and much more.
