Helena Cottage
Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with enclosed courtyard garden. Wooden flooring. Flatscreen tv's. Free wifi. Modern kitchen/living room. Shower room. Situated by the golf course and moments walk from the beach and bar/restaurant. Priced 7 nights for price of 6 all year. Helena Cottage is a lovely 2-bedroom detached cottage located in the picturesque village of Elie. Located at the Earlsferry end of Elie, it is in a quiet location just off Links Rd next to the golf course. It is just a two minute walk from the award winning blue flag sandy beach and the well regarded 19th Hole Bar and Restaurant. It is an ideal holiday base for couples and families alike to enjoy Elie & all that Fife has to offer, and has multiple awards. The cottage is all on the ground level and located down a short gravely path, so offers a nice quiet stay, suitable for all ages - access not suitable for wheelchairs. Dogs/pets welcome by arrangement. (Short term licence no. FI00035F, max occupancy is 5 people excluding children under 2 y/o).
The cottage is fully double-glazed (EPC C rating), has free wifi, and comprises open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with extendable dining room table & chairs and wood flooring. The contemporary fitted kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and all the crockery/glasses and kitchenware you could need for your stay. The lounge is also very comfortable, with a 4-seater corner sofa bed (can sleep 1), wall mounted freeview tv, and dab radio.Off the hallway is the king bedroom, through which you access the adjoining twin bedroom - both are well furnished, with comfortable king size bed and hairdryer in main double bedroom, and wall-mounted TV with built-in dvd player in the twin bedroom. Also off the hallway is the bathroom with excellent shower. Laundry facilities are provided, with washer/dryer machine in the utility store, iron/board/hi-dri available and outdoor washing line. The property also has a travel cot and high-chair available on request.
