The house is 2 minutes walk from the metro station "Klovskaya" and 10 minutes. walk from the metro station "Palace Sportu" and Bessarabska Square. You can park your car in the yard or in a parking lot near the office center "Sail". Near is a 24-hour supermarket "Buffet" in the shopping and entertainment complex Arena City. Across the street, there is a culinary store where you can have a tasty meal and order food with you. The apartment was renovated in May 2018. At your service in the apartment is satellite TV (ALL foreign channels). There is internet WI-FI. There are all appliances: microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, water boiler, oil heater, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. The bathroom is adjacent. The apartment is fully equipped with bedding and bath accessories.
