Entrance with lift and concierge. The windows overlook the courtyard and on the main street of the shopping center Mandarin Plaza, which has all the necessary facilities for a rest and a large supermarket.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen combined with living room. The spacious living room with high ceilings, where there is a dining table, a comfortable sofa, a balcony and everything for comfortable living and recreation. Air conditioning, TV, satellite TV and high-speed internet Wi-Fi. Large corridor with a beautiful aquarium and a hallway that leads to a spacious bedroom with a large double bed.
