Two-rooms lux apartment at 5a Basseina str. in very center of Kyiv. The apartment is located in close proximity to Kreschatyk Street, Arena City, Bessarabsky Market and Mandarin Plaza opposite. Front entrance, 4 floor of a 5-story building with an elevator, on the ground floor there is a 24-hour concierge. Separate bedroom, living room studio, double bed, orthopedic mattress cotton bed linen, always fresh, sofa bed. Free Wi-Fi, 2 airconditioners, 2TVs. Fully equipped, household appliances and kitchenware. Refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron, ironing board. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a folding double sofa in the studio-living room. Accommodated up to 4 people (2+2).
Cleaning at check-in and check out and also cleaning once a week for stays 7days and more is included. you can order extra cleaning any day for extra payment if needed. Fresh towels and linen are provided.
There is parking place is near the building and secure parking of Arena City on the opposite side of the street (extra pay).
We have also 2 three rooms and one-room apartment in the same building. You can comfortably accommodate if you coming with your friends or a big family.
There are many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Some clubs at Arena City (opposite side of the street).

The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket "BILLA", there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk from subway station.
-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab "Ask owner". Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.
-All our services in Kyiv: additional cleaning, rent of the additional apartment, prolongation of apartment, transfers and etc you can pay by credit card.
-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
