Would you like to take a break from everyday stress? Villa Lola **** is the perfect choice for families with children and couples who are looking for a place where they can relax and enjoy the beauties of Istria. Villa Lola **** is located in Valbandon village, near charming town Fazana (10 minutes by walk), only 700 m from the pebbly beach, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and separate toilet, it can accommodate up to 8 persons which makes it ideal for a vacation with family and friends. Due to its great location near of Fazana you can explore the area and visit touristy spots like Brijuni islands or Pula. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. One of the bedrooms with two single beds/double bed, which has a private bathroom, is also on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, as well as two bathrooms, terace and Gym with table football and darts . From the ground floor you have a direct access to the terrace, located close to the glorious, private heated pool of 32m2 with salt water. All bedrooms, living room and Gym are air conditioned, villa has free WiFi, and smart Sony TV (Sat./ Netflix channels). Towels and bed linen are free of charge.The large glass surfaces in living room and kitchen are enabling lots of natural light in the villa, but will also enable you an excellent view of the private pool, where you can enjoy on one of the sun loungers. Younger groups with intention of make a parties are not allowed in the villa Lola.
There are three parking spaces inside the yard. A barbecue is also available at the property.Both terraces are equipped with garden furniture and sunshade..
