The village of Amden lies high above the Walensee in the Canton of St. Gallen in eastern Switzerland. The Sunnerösli apartment is on the top floor of its building in a beautiful panoramic position, above the center of the village of Amden, directly on the road heading to Arvenbüel. Located on the second upstairs floor of the building, this charming apartment offers space for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment was newly renovated in 2020. From both the apartment and the garden for shared use, you will enjoy wonderful views of the mountains and the nearby lake, the Walensee. The nearest bus stop "Amden, Mennweg" is 90 meters from the house. The village center of Amden with its shops, restaurants, the indoor swimming pool, the Mattstock chairlift, and the center of Arvenbüel with its skiing and hiking area can all be reached by car or bus in about 5 to 10 minutes. There is one parking space in front of the house. Amden is located on a sunny plateau above the emerald-blue Walensee. There are a number of leisure activities that you can pursue here both in summer and in winter. In winter, the family-friendly ski area offers ski slopes, winter hiking and snowshoeing trails, and a toboggan run. In summer and autumn, you can go on wonderful hiking tours in the mountains around Amden. In addition, the Walensee offers many swimming opportunities in summer.
