Eindruck ist Gut,
aber leider hat vieles eine schlechte Qualität und geht kaputt. Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gibt gute Tipps und ist hilfsbereit Negativ: Preis / Leistung stimmte überhaupt nicht.
Auch wenn die bereitgestellten Gartenstühle sehr bequem waren, haben diese nicht mal einen Abend ausgehalten und sind gerissen. Am besten nicht benutzen, dann erspart man sich den Ärger.
Der bereitgestellte Windschutz für den Strand war sehr nützlich, aber leider von der gleichen Qualität wie die Stühle, nach einmaliger Benutzung gerissen...
Trotz einer im Preis enthaltenen Endreinigung (40€) wurden weitere Reinigungskosten für einfaches Wischen der Terrasse (obwohl man als Mieter keinen Wischer zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt) und für das Wischen der Küche veranschlagt. Restaurant: Galera Bar - Leckeres Essen und Trinken zu fairen Preisen direkt am Strand, nur zu empfehlen. Ausflüge: Danzig - Nur 30-40 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt.
Sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielen guten Restaurants in der Altstadt.»

«Dear Lucas, hope you enjoyed your holiday in our peaceful and quiet village. Unfortunately we did not. This is a warning for next property owners who could be invaded by this "guest" and his friends. In fact, they were extremely misbehaving rather than people looking for nice place to spend holidays. Answering your comments:

- sunbeds were brand new. We've been using the same type of sunbeds for few seasons ans they were NEVER torn or destroyed. This time the fabric was ripped off and torn into pieces after first night...

- beach windshield - brand new. Again - guests have been using the same stuff for months, Lucas also never reported loss of anything, so it should be rathet treated more as theft

- additional cleaning and washing costs - yes, we charge 40 euros for cleaning appartment, but it does not mean that guests can leave it stinky and dirty with rotten spots of beer and food on the furniture, sofa etc... Food was everywhere inside the dishwasher, which forced us to replace pipes and filters. Concerning outside - no, it's not just swaping the terrace. It's chemical cleaning after it was left poured with beer and stinking with remains of other liquids. It was not only terrace - garden space was full of trash, white spots which looked like vomiting, there were remains of meat, potatoes etc thrown around and behing the fence.

We perfectly understand that taking holidays means also more fun and more relaxation, but this bunch of people did not respect quite hours, played extremly loud music, ashouted and screamed like crazy throughout the day even though there are people living around the house... They were extremly dirty, throwing empty cans , bottles, cigarettes, chewing gums and plactic food bags everywhere around the propery. And a mess they left inside the appartment is difficult to discribe.

We really tried to understand and not to push too much. Indeed, we asked only once to shut down the music in the night. But what we saw after Lucas and his friends ran away, was way beyond any worst dreams... Yes, they ran away. Never checked out, running away in the morning, not even having the courage to face what they did. Simply - extremly inmature people which still have to grow up»

«Bien mais mal insonorisé Le logement est conforme aux descriptifs, jolie vue sur le golf, confortable, cadre général plaisant. Le seul vrai problème est la mauvaise insonorisation du logement, on entendais les voisins la nuit à 2h du matin comme s ils étaient dans notre logement. On entend également la route très fréquentée voie express. Piscine sympa mais il y avait peu de vacanciers à cette période.»
