Another staircase from the entrance hall leads you down to the 3 double bedrooms the master bedroom offers a bath ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. You will also find the garage and laundry room on this level. The master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool area, also on the downstairs level. An extra WC can be found on the right side of the entrance hall.
The pool is kidney shaped and surrounded by a beautiful garden, a outside shower is next to the pool.
