Whole House in Cónchar with Private Pool and Mountain View
The Villa is located within a closed private estate where you can enjoy peace and quiet, as well as the beauty of the environment from any position where you are. The Villa has two floors: • The ground floor, which has two large living rooms with a fireplace, two kitchens and two bathrooms. • The upper floor, which has six bedrooms with the capacity to sleep 12 people extensively, as well as two bathrooms and two terraces. • The Villa has air conditioning and WIFI with free Internet access. • You can rent the entire Villa, or just media while preserving internal privacy. Outwardly, the Villa is made up of: • Orchard, with numerous fruit trees (orange, cherry, plum, medlar ...) • Pool and lawn area, ready for bathing and sunbathing. • Barbecue, in a separate area from the pool, to enjoy cooking simmered with wood. • Porch, to enjoy the after-dinner.
The Villa has complete interior equipment (furniture, appliances, kitchenware, etc.). The whole house has air conditioning and free wifi; it also has two fireplaces.
