Providing a virtually unique location, as well as close proximity to facilities of any kinds (restaurants, pharmacy, shuttle boat to Cabrera Island, bus stop, etc), this property has just been totally renovated to the highest standard in order provide a truly unforgettable holiday experience for up to 4 guests. Sitting on the comfortable sofa, or cooking while enjoying such a sensational view, will be the experience of a lifetime!
Inside, the apartment has been completely renovated in 2019, using all the most modern appliances and techniques. At the front, there is a large, sea-facing lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining are. Big patio doors provide unobstructed views over the sea and the waterfront promenade, while the kitchen has been fully fitted with built-in appliances (including 4 cooking rings, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in an adjoining laundry room). There are 2 spacious and airy bedrooms, all decorated in soft colours and air-conditioned. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom is located next to a family shower room. Air-conditioning is available free of charge to our guests at set times (between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).
