This house is located in a quiet place, between olive trees and greenery, 350m. Away. from the beach and 450 meters away from the noisy center area. is autonomous with a single neighbor (duplex house) and is ideal for this period due to covid-19.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. The property is not fenced yet.

Layout of the property The house is ground floor. Has two bedrooms with closet. Is there air-conditioning everywhere. Sleeping arrangements with the width of the beds (two bedroom with a double bed in each room (1.60 m wide), living room with a sofa bed for 2 person.) baby cot on request. The ground floor is about 75 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flat screen TV and 2 double sofa bed. There is also 2 bedrooms next to it, which includes a one double bed, in each room. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area. BBQ on the yard.

The beach is about 350 metres away. The beach is accessible for everyone. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 400 metres away.

Please note that the holiday home can only be reached by car because the distance from the main road is 100 meters. Bicycles will be at your disposal, and the charge, is not expensive.
