Holiday Home La Marina is a fresh mediterranean sea styled house, all on ground floor, located in the well known area of Barcares, close to old town Alcudia and Port Pollesa beach. It is easy to access and comfortable place to stay, fully provided with a new and completely private pool and big terrace, table tennis and a BBQ for memorable grill evenings with friends and family.
The location is really famous for all kind of water sports activities and other leisure sports. La Marina is a tipical mediterranean place for guests looking for to enjoy memorable vacations close to the sea.
Holiday Home La Marina is spacious and counts a nice vacation home with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy lounge, a private terrace with BBQ, one interior bathroom and an exterior one in the pool area. The new private pool and the proximity to the sea are one of the highlights of this little gem. The pool area is facing the natural park Albufera which is a peaceful point wtith beautiful views.
The access to La Marina is directly into the comfortable living room with sitting area and flat screen TV with international channels. On the one side of the home you can enjoy nice sea and garden views and on the other side the new private pool with views to the mountains and to the Natural Park Albufera.
The new pool is completely exclusive and private, perfect to enjoy summer moments with family and friends.
The fully furnished and equipped kitchen, decorated in bright colours provides all needed to prepare delightful meals during your holidays.
From the lounge there’s access to the three comfortable bedrooms, and from the living room to the full family bathroom. There is also a 4th bedroom with one single bed. Two bedrooms have their own air conditioning and there is another unity which is designed to cover the other two bedroom and spaces. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has scheduled air conditioning from 9pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm.
Private Parking and free Wifi is also included.
The holiday home is located 3 minutes drive from the center of Alcúdia Old Town where there are restaurants, shops, cafes and historic places.
Alcúdia is a beautiful historic village, surrounded with old roman houses and antique buildings, such as a roman theatre The weekly market is always on Saturday to discover local food and ingredientes. Beaches are also of a ‘5 stars’ quality in this town, from long sandy ones to private small calas.
Puerto Pollensa is just 5 min drive from the holiday home and is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the sandy beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.
We recommend to hire a car to discover the beautiful places around Holiday Home La Marina, although there is a bus stop 8 min walk from the house to go to Alcudia Old Town and Puerto Pollensa beach.
