Spacious holiday apartment close to the sea and beach
This holiday apartment is in a detached house close to the beach (150 m distance), in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the village of Banjole. Here you can enjoy peace, tranquility, chirping of birds, the park full of flowering trees and seasonal flowers.
In Banjole you have the opportunity primarily to enjoy in cristal clear sea, numerous bays, peninsulas and natural beaches that will, along with numerous sport activities, fill your holiday with fun and leisure. The beaches in Banjole are rocky and gravel, and since the pine wood is near the sea, you will find a place in shade to escape from hot sun. Walking paths and cycling routes near the sea are a special pleasure for many tourists.
Terrace with garden furniture and sunshade /own balcony, entrance from kitchen, sea view at the Vinuran bay. Second balcony entrance from bathroom, designed for drying and radiating wet goods. Third balcony, exit from another room, view of the surrounding greenery and woods. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers and flowering trees. On the first floor of the MaVeRo villa, there is an ideal apartment for 3 people, the apartment is 59 m2. An extra person can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the owner. The apartment consists of a large corridor, which leads to all the rooms of the apartment. It is equipped with a chest of drawers with a mirror, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony for drying clothes. The bedroom has a double bed of 160/200 cm, a single bed of 90/200 cm, chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror. From the room you can get to the balcony with outdoor seating and view on the entrance to the villa park full of blooming trees and seasonal flowers.
The living room consists of a 80/200 cm bed / sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a sideboard with satellite TV. It is also possible to put an extra bed of 80/200 cm. In the working part of the living room there is a kitchen equipped with 2 gas hobs and electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine for German guests, espresso coffee for Italian visitors. From the living room you can reach the covered terrace, which has garden furniture for 4 people, where you can dine in all weather conditions. The terrace offers a splendid view of the park of the villa.
The bathroom is specially designed. Under the sloping roof there is a bathroom with a shower, shelves for towels, a dressing area with integrated sinks, a bidet and a toilet. The bathroom has an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer. The price includes: air conditioning (air conditioning), gas heating with radiators, unlimited internet wifi, bed linen (change once every 7 days), towels (three per person, changed every three days), tablecloths, tea towels. For those starting the holiday we have provided all the necessary detergents and shampoos for hygiene, toilet paper. The apartment is perfectly clean and disinfected in particular with steam cleaners for a greater level of hygiene. You can use the washing machine by agreeing with the owner, all this in a part of the villa with a washing machine.
The beach is about 150 metres away. The Plaza is accessible by sand, by bicycle, by car.Part of the beach is adapted to the children with their parents. In the part of the beach it is possible to bathe pets.
There are several restaurants but the restaurant Vala recommends specialties of fish and meat, with a beautiful view of the Vinkuran bay and accommodation almost on the coast
