The charming farmhouse is located in the tranquil outskirts of Xaghra village, only 1km away from the village centre and only 1km away from Victoria - Gozo's capital city. The beach is 3km away.
This beautiful house of character is all laid out over two levels. It has a spacious, open plan living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen all overlooking the pool terrace and views outside through large bay windows. The 3 delightful bedrooms all have their own en-suite shower bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The house can accommodate up to six persons.
-There are air-conditioning units in all the rooms (charges apply)
-Free WiFi
-A fully equipped kitchen
-Ceiling fans in all rooms
The pool area is equipped with:
garden furniture
sun loungers
a BBQ which works with gas
umbrella
swimming pool
The views enjoyed from the terrace are unique, especially during sunset.
The A/C is the only extra cost. It works on a pay per use basis. A pre-paid card can be purchased from our reception (Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo) near by. One card generally gives 9 to 10 hours.
Must climb stairs - A couple of steps to the living / dining area, a flight of some 8 steps to the bedrooms on the 1st floor level.
The villa is only a short 10 minute walk from the village centre. Here there are supermarkets, banks, a fuel station, Mediterranean restaurants and delightful cafes. There is also the majestic Ggantija Temples, which were built 3,500 B.C. - a must see whilst in Xaghra!
