At the other side of the bedrooms three steps lead you to a big terrace 40 sqm facing the amazing Aegean Sea, Symi Island and the Minor Asia coast.
The courtyard and the garden are at the same level and they are equipped with garden furniture, sunshade, garden loungers and a pool.There are enormous pines trees and short olive trees ,eucalyptus trees and an around fence of angela bushes and oleanders. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.There you can find a barbeque with its own dining table ,a huge swimming pool (32 m²) with a lounge area for sun beds and a patio with a dining table and veranda furniture.
