On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area, perfectly furnished and equipped with sofas, dining table, wi-fi internet, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, music system. Big patio doors lead to the pool area, making this area full of natural light. The separate, purposedly built kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals: hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. On the ground floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom (air-conditioned) opening straight to the garden and provided with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms (both twins, air-conditioned) as well as a spacious family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn and Mediterranean shrubs: the ideal place for a relaxing day under the sun! Or for a delicious barbecue (brick built barbecue is available).
