This exceptional three-storey stone villa is nestled at the foot of the walls of the ancient city of Motovun.

With its 200 m2 the house develops in 3 storeys. There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one with a double bed, one with two beds) and each with an extra bed, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace with a panorama view to the green valley below. There is a bedroom in the ground-floor with a double bed, a room with two extra beds, the kitchen and bathroom. A large social space of 60 m2 in the basement which discloses the pure beauty of the ancient Istrian building tradition, is a place to spend the time in a pleasant company, eating, different activities. It has the kitchen and all necessary inventory, games and washroom with two toilets.

There is a door to the large courtyard with solarium, paved with stone slabs extracted nearby, overflow swimming pool with a view to vineyard hills, orchards, picturesque villages and well known Motovun forest (habitat of the white truffle). The water in the swimming-pool is salty and the system generates chlorine as required. The external equipment, deckchairs, a table, chairs, grill, swings… offer all necessary for a complete and pleasant stay. In the lower, terraced part of the green belt there ale olive trees, fruit trees, herbs.

The property is completely fenced. The house can be easily reached by car, and there are two parking places.

After refreshment in the heart of Istria, in Motovun, there is a whole series of possibilities to plan your free-time. Numerous surrounding hamlets: Buzet, Boljun, Draguć, Grimalda, Grožnjan, Hum, Roč, Gračišće, each with its centuries-long story and many of them already hosting many summer events, will be remembered for ever. Only some 30 kilometres by car, on the coast, blue Istria there are the well known tourist destinations Poreč, Rovinj, Umag, Novigrad … with a rich cultural and gastronomic supply. Sports activities are not missing. Cycling, strolling, free climbing, riding, caving, zip line, gliding, paragliding, golf, are well organised in central Istria, whilst sea activities can be practiced by the sea, adrenaline part… and much more will be to try, see and experience Istria.
