In the village of Kremenići, on the island of Krk, is situated this new, modern family villa with a fenced and well-kept yard.
In front of the villa is a terrace with table and chairs and a swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers. A large garden around the house is full of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers and offers a beautiful view of the sea.
The total area of the villa is 300 m2; it has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 extra beds so that the house can accommodate up to 11 people altogether. Each room has 20 m2.
On the ground floor is a modern, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave), a spacious living room and a room with bathroom. Interior staircases lead to the first floor where there are 3 double bedrooms (one bedroom has an extra bed), each with its own bathroom. The villa is air conditioned and you can use free Wi-Fi.
In the basement of the villa is a tastefully furnished room with fireplace, where you can taste local wines and enjoy your time with friends.
The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties.
