Villa with private pool and majestic sea views
An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villa Vista Splendida. Situated on a quiet mountain side between olive and cypress trees, shrubs, thymes, sages and climbers that create privacy.
From the terrace you have panoramic sea views and a majestic view of the sunset!
It has its own entrance gate and garden in the front, followed by their own large terrace on one side, with well sized pool (9,00m x 4,40m & depth 1,80m).
