Holiday House in Stobreč with Private Pool
The holiday villa is located in small town Stobreč, less than 10 min driving to the center of Split and 250 m from sandy and pebble beach.
Private pool 22 m2, spacious outdoor dining area with barbecue, summer kitchen, playing area and private parking.
The ground floor is about 80 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatcreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet.
On the second floor there are three rooms and a bathroom with a shower.
