«A beautiful house in the middle of pure nature. Rooms are well furnished in regional style and clean.
Everything for daily life, cooking and storing is available. If something is missing, the owner will arrange a solution or proposal quickly.
In the garden you have a marvelous panoramic view every time of the day till sunset. The lovely surrounding invites to excursion.
We have to say thank you to our host, Simone, who takes care of his guests, thank you for all information regarding the nature, olive oils, hints for special restaurants and places to be.
Special thanks from our Baby-Dog Connor, which become sick.
Thank you Simone for coming along with us the long way to the vet and translating from English to Italian.
This was really a honorable deed.

«Relativ enkel standard, men det finns allt man behöver ha för att trivas! Vackert enskild läge! Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam hyresvärd. Rekommenderas varmt till alla som reser med hund, det finns inhägnad runt huset och så måste man inte vara rädd att störa andra om hundarna skäller. Vi reste med 4 större hundar och inte var det ett problem för hyresvörden!»

«Rustikales Ferienhaus mit gemütlicher Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht außer einer Kaffeemaschine (was aber vorher bekannt war!)
Sauber mit vielen kleinen Extras wie kostenloser Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, welche nach einer Woche ausgetauscht wurden, div. Toilettenartikel standen bei Ankunft bereit was wir bisher in keinem Ferienhaus hatten!
Ruhig gelegen außerhalb von San Godenzo mit privater Zufahrt. Hundesicher eingezäunter Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Gartentisch+Stühlen und großem Sonnenschirm.
Perfekt zum relaxen! Viele Wandermöglichkeiten
Super Kontakt zum Vermieter, der immer hilfsbereit zur Seite stand z.B. lokale Veranstaltungen durchgab, bei Restaurantempfehlungen u. -reservierungen half und jederzeit ansprechbar war.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und können das Haus nur empfehlen!»

«Wir können das Haus unter keinen Umständen empfehlen, es ist weder gepflegt noch sauber .Der Kamin ist mit einer Styropor Platte zugestellt und es roch sehr streng im Haus.
Man hat nur 3 KW Strom am Tag, Wasser aus der Leitung sollte weder Mensch noch Hund trinken, der Heizofen wurde niemals sauber gemacht, genauso wie der Grill im Außenbereich, und auf die Gartenstühle konnte man sich nicht setzten da sie verschimmelt waren.
Die Besteckschublade viel beim herausziehen auseinander etc.
Wir waren absolut schockiert, man erwarten für den Preis keinen Luxus aber wenigsten Sauberkeit.
Nach 15 Stunden Anreise gab es leider keine Möglichkeit dort unseren Urlaub zu verbringen, so das wir nach ein er Stunde Aufenthalt unsere Rückreise antraten.
Einzig der Vermieter war nett , hat aber die Beanstandungen nicht wirklich eingesehen.
Wir sind schwer enttäuscht , da auch die Bilder vom Haus nicht dem entsprechen, was man vorfindet.»

First of all: In 3 years of activity, i had many happy guests. ( not Tui vVllas , here i just published my house,)
And the numerous reviews on other website and on social media confirm it.
. Mimmo Holiday House is a very good reputable location.
Never any guests left the house. Saying: "THE HOUSE IS NOT IN OUR STANDARD"
May i ask what is your standard ???

Guest satisfaction is very important for me.
I'm always available, and i help my guests in any way,
If any problem, i always do my best t to fix it,....If any :).
I can offer another location if need....since i have 1 more house Mimmo Holiday 2 "Villa Monella".
Even a full refund if any good reason for it.
If anione report to me a REAL issue, lack of cleaning, or any unresolvable problem.
But you did not even asked for it !!
After 1 hour in the house, without even talk or report any issue, you just booked another home, and you decided to leave, because "the house is not in your standard".
If you had told me before I would have done as much as possible to fix what you think did not reflect your standards.
Since you take already your decision, and could not do anything to change your mind.
I simply gave you a partial refund,of 100 euro even if not due.
Before leave you show me what was not in you standard,..and you sayd also "Maybe its our problem" ..
The motivation you brought back to me were totally futile, absurd and unmotivated,
never heard by any client before!!, also in relation to the low price.
Obviously a trival excuse to leave the appartament, maybe because: weather was cold , rainy, and maybe in the wrong area for you.
It is VERY UNFAIR to make a bad review, because you have booked the wrong location or weather condition isnt good.!!

The house was very clean, and cared for. Same as any guests before you.
The wood stove is used and like all wood burning fireplace, they smell wood a bit,
For this reason, when it is off it is kept closed with a panel.
Aniway, why did you booked an house with fireplace ? if you dont like smell wood :)
Water comes from the mountain, i drink evryday it but i prefer to tell guests to not drink it.
 For this reason i provide water from the market.!! free.
Ahh, about the Eletricity..: Any private house in italy have max 3KWh :) .you didtnt know? and we still alive :)
I realy sugest to you to get better info, check price, and location before book an house... for the next time.
