Charming 2 bedroom apartment in the best location
Located in Spain, Andalusia, on the Costa del Sol. 20 minutes from Marbella (18 km). 40 minutes from Malaga train and airport (44 km). 60 km from Gibraltar, and 190 km from Cadiz. The apartment is close to the sea, and there is a swimming pool at the foot of the residence.

All rooms have air conditioning (one with a bed of 140 others with single beds. There is a living / dining room (with satellite TV and stereo and a sofa bed, a chest of drawers, table and chairs.). Fully equipped kitchen with built in electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils, master bedroom wardrobe and a bathroom with toilet and toilet with washing machine, the apartment has fiber and wifi.
The living room opens onto a large balcony equipped with a table and garden chairs, breathtaking sea views. A parking place or two is provided, a non-private pool for residents' use is located at the bottom of the house.
