This beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow is located in Protaras and is just a 10 minute walk to Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay Beach.
Outside the vast, spacious garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunbathing and outside dining. It features and outside shower, barbecue, outside dining table and chairs seating 6 persons on the lawn, sun loungers and large private pool.
This is a brand new bungalow with modern décor, furnishings and appliances. As you walk in, you will find the living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living has comfortable leather sofas, widescreen and satellite TV and a WII console.
