Villa is located at the edge of the small village Veliki Vareški, isolated and surounded by nature and olive groves, and yet is 15 minute drive to Pula, and 5 min away from the beautiful beaches ,which could be explored with bicycles available for free use.
It has fabolous 50sqm heated pool with hydromassage area, tennis court and 7 hole golf putting green. There is also a football pitch, as well as courts for volleyball, basketball and badminton.
After all the sport and activity, you can step in spa rom to relax in jacuzzi,sauna or heated lounge chair,or you can just relax on veranda, while the children play in their very own custom-made tree house.
