Spacious apartment with sea view
House is situated in quiet street . All services are reachable on foot, few minutes walk away so car is not needed. Place center is just 70 meters away and sea 80 meters. Nice pebble beach with coffee bar, sun lounge and sun umbrellas ( for rent) is 5 minutes walk away. Place itself is well connected with public transport, Split airport is 15 km away. Bigger towns ( Split, Šibenik) are only 40 km away so there are a lot of possibilities to do some sightseeing, activities or short trips to nearby attractions and islands.
Garden and parking space- for joint use
The apartment is situated on the upper house floor in the family house, giving you a nice sea view and the old Marina tower . It is much bigger than standard apartments so you'll have a full comfort here. You will have a whole house floor(90 sqm) with separate entrance and 2 balconies ( 10+8 sqm) on your disposal . There is only this apartment in house so you don't need to worry about others disturbing you during your vacation. It is fully equipped, spacious with nice croft, garden with grill.
