The great sea view of the Boka Bay makes our apartment unique.Each of our four comfortable 75 msq furnished apartments (second and third floor) has a living room with dining area, SAT TV, FREE WI-FI,air-conditioning, kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, two reasonably sized bedrooms with direct acess to the balcony and face the Boka Bay and ambient village Radovici, with sleeping capacity 5, bathroom with washing machine…Towels and linens are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed and baby cot while the second bedroom has three singles beds. All bedrooms have two cupboards with lamps and a wardrobe per room. Each apartment has a private entrance.From our property and its spacious terrace you can do the barbecue, enjoy a glass of wine and have spectacular view of the bay as well as the surrounding chain of the mountains.Our guests can enjoy our private jetty beach, which is 1km and 500 m from our property, where they can also enjoy the breathtaking view of the Boka Bay, Island of Flowers, Saint Marko Island and Island Our Lady of Mercy. Villa is located in one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro, Lustica peninsula, in the quiet seaside village Radovici. The villa is situated 15 minutes from Tivat airport by car and 10 minutes walk from one of the nicest sandy beaches in Montenegro, called " Blue horizons". In the immediate vicinity there are shop markets where you can buy everything you need, also near apartments there are health center, post office, restaurants, playground, parking. The apartments offer a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor and mountain Lovcen..... Coast/Beach: 15 mins walk, 2 mins by car to Blue horizons-Plavi Horizonti, a beautiful sandy beach ringed by pine trees, with cafe and sunbed/pedalo hire and very safe swimming. Zanjice and Miritsa are lovely beaches on the peninsula, 25 mins drive, with bars and restaurants overlooking the Adriatic. Head south for Jaz beach, and Budva with its old walled town, great for shopping and people watching. Charming Tivat is 15 mins drive, where the fabulous Porto Montenegro marina development blends with the lively town.
