This house is on a large site by the edge of a forest, just two kilometres from Gietrzwald. The area is quiet and is ideal for relaxing.
The two-storey house with 138m² of living space has a large living room on the ground floor with a fireplace. You can make yourselves comfortable on the two sofas (sofa bed). The dining table for six people is also in the living room. Right next to it there is the kitchen, fully-equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, fridge and coffee machine. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds. The hallway also has a little sofa that can be used as a bed. A bathroom with a bath, WC and two washbasins rounds this floor off.
The house is on a 700m² site. The garden is fenced and there is furniture on the terrace.
The kitchen provides access to the garage and the laundry room with heating. Two bicycles can be provided on request.
It is just 250 metres to the Gilwa Lake with a grassy beach. At the nearby holiday hotel you can play tennis or hire a boat for a small fee. The nearest supermarkets are in Gietrzwald and Worytach, about 3km away. Gietrzwald is known fo its St. Marien pilgrimage church and there is also a good restaurant. The provincial capital Olsztyn is a 20-minute drive away.
