Holiday apartment with two bedrooms, a balcony, a car parking space, a washing machine and a new built-in kitchen, right by a recreational area

The cosy and well-equipped three-room apartment is right by the Schwentinenpark recreational area with its lovely cycling and hiking trails. The Schwentine route starts nearby in the direction of Preetz or you can hire rowing boats.

The apartment is on the first floor of a detached four-family house and measures 90m². It has a new, glossy white and fully-equipped built-in kitchen with a microwave and freezer. The equally white bathroom provides a bath, shower and washing machine. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm and 140 x 200cm). The big, comfortable living room has a Danish stove, inviting you to enjoy cosy hours. Cable TV, a DVD-Bluray player and a CD stereo system are provided.

The living room opens onto the balcony facing south-west, where you can enjoy summer evenings with the table grill. There is a car parking space right in front of the house.

Raisdorf is about 8km to the east of Kiel and has its own train station and a big commercial zone, about 800 metres from the apartment. You can also find a sauna and solarium there, along wih Real, Adler, CB fashion market, Lidl, Aldi, New Yorker, TK May, Dänisches Betterlager etc. It is about 400 metres to the nearest baker and about 8km to the nearest beach (Mönkeberg). You can cool off in summer at the swimming pool with slides about 500 metres away. Animal lovers will enjoy the nearby animal park with horses, small pigs, goats, wild boar, donkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs and birds. Laboe is about 15km away and it is about 18km to Heidkate, Kalifornien and the Schönberg beach.

    “Lage ist mitten im Wohngebiet. Ausstattung sehr modern und neuwertig. Allerdings war der angegebene Grill nicht auffindbar. Ebenfalls zu bemängeln war die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Ferienwohnung: überall Wasserflecken, Wollmäuse und Staub. In der Küche gibt es überhaupt kein warmes Wasser und in der Dusche ist es tageszeitabhängig, allerdings hat man da das Gefühl unter einem Hochdruckreiniger zu stehen. Duschkabine versifft und verkeimt, überall im Bad stehen Putzutensilien herum und der Allgemeinzustand des Bades ist nicht der Beste. Loser Lichtschalter im Abstellraum, an dem man sich durchaus einen Stromschlag abholen kann. Und dafür das Haustiere nicht gestattet sind, gab es reichlich Tierhaare, vor allem auf der Couch. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter selber ließ zu wünschen übrig. Versucht man diesen zu erreichen, landet man prompt auf der Mailbox und man ruft dann irgendwann mal zurück. An- und Abreisezeiten richten sich nach den privaten Befindlichkeiten des Vermieters, was für uns bedeutete, dass wir entweder bis 11 Uhr mittags anreisen oder wir bis 18 Uhr warten.
