Die Wohnungen befinden sich in ruhiger Lage in Lauterbach im südlichen Teil der Insel Rügen. Lauterbach verfügt über einen kleinen Segler-Hafen und ist idyllisch gelegen. Von hier aus können Sie Schiffsfahrten zur Insel Vilm unternehmen, Radtouren starten u.v.m. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.



Die Insel Rügen ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Erlebnis.

Ideal für Ausflüge, in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung gelegen, bieteten unsere 50 bis 55 m² großen, komfortabel und modern eingerichteteten Ferienwohnungen ganzjährig ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen.

Geeignet für Angler, Surfer sowie Naturverbundene Gäste. In der Nähe finden Sie einen Reiterhof, das Theater Putbus oder den Hafen von Lauterbach. In 20 bis 30 Autominuten können Sie bekannte Ausflugsziele der Insel erreichen. Dazu gehören u.a. die Seebäder Binz, Baabe, Göhren, Sellin, die Halbinsel Jasmund mit Sassnitz und dem Königsstuhl, das Jagdschloß Granitz und die Kreisstadt Bergen.

Die Ferienwohnung (50 m²) befindet sich auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters. Ausstattung: 1 Wohnraum, 1 Schlafraum, Küche, Dusche/WC, Sat-TV, Radio, Parkplatz und Grill.
