Whole House in Posina with Beautiful Terrace and Wonderful View

This completely renovated, detached stone house enjoys a quiet location in a small hamlet 800 metres from the village of Posina, in a nature reserve at the heart of the Veneto. It offers a wonderful view of the Dolomites and is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The house of around 100m² has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are spread over two floors, as well as a living room with a cooking corner. The bathrooms have a shower or a bath, as well as a WC and washbasin. One of the bathrooms is at basement level. On the ground floor you can find the living room with two sofas for two or three people, a TV, CD player, dining table and a beautiful wood-burning oven which heats the whole house during the colder months. The kitchen corner with a small breakfast table for two people is fully equipped, with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee machine and toaster. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (width 140cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, of which one has a double bed (width 160cm) and bedside tables, the second has a single bed (width 90cm) and a dresser, and the third has two single beds (width of each 90cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bathroom is on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms and the bathrooms have electric radiators. As the house has stone walls 50cm thick, even at the height of summer the house remains pleasantly cool and therefore air conditioning is not required. The apartment has a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. From the beautiful terrace, which is equipped with parasols, garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Dolomites. The house is surrounded by a small garden and is not fenced, as it lies in a nature reserve where fences are prohibited. A private parking space is available and a private access road leads to the house.

Normally during the high season arrivals and departures must be on Saturdays, but exceptions are possible subject to prior agreement with the owner.

The house is about 800 metres from the nearest village, where you can find a grocery shop. It is the ideal starting point for visiting the Palladian Villas of Venice and famous Italian towns such as Vicenza, Bassano, Padova, Trentino, Venice, Verona, or trips to Lake Garda.

    “Voor een zeer schappelijke prijs krijgt men een prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis met een goede en nette inrichting. Het huis is goed verzorgd en voorzien van alle gemakken.
    Het huis is slecht te vinden doordat de routebeschrijving gewoon niet klopt en ook de lengte en breedtegraad onjuist zijn. Het huis staat namelijk niet in Posina, maar in Fusina. Dat is een dorpje verder of dichterbij afhankelijk van welke kant men komt.
    De juiste lengte en breedtegraden zijn: breedtegraad: 45.800197 en lengtegraad 11.301303. In Fusina zoekt men de levensmiddelenwinkel en dan rij je de brug naast de winkel over, bergopwaarts. Op de witte borden met de verschillende gehuchtjes die verderop op de berg staan zie je ook Bagattini staan en je gaat linksaf, dat is om de kerk heen en dan na de kerk links over de beek. Daarna op de volgende splitsing rechts en de aanwijzingen naar Bagattini volgen. Kan dan niet missen aangezien de weg dan doodloopt bij Bagattini.”

    “Tolles ländliches, rustikales Haus in den Bergen mit wundervollem Ausblick. Idyllisch und ruhig. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Küche ist auch komplett ausgestattet (Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck, Korkenzieher, Schere und und und). Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich und bietet sehr viel Platz. Auf der Terrasse oder im kleinen Vorgarten kann man wunderbar sitzen und frühstücken oder nachts in die Sterne schauen und den Grillen beim Zirpen lauschen. Neben dem Haus gibt es ein Wasserbecken, welches stets mit frischem Quellwasser gefüllt ist - herrlich zur Abkühlung und zum Trinken. Eine Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt am Haus.”

    “Das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Zustand die Ausstattung ist Klasse. Der Ausblick ist Klasse. Es ist nur nicht so einfach es zu finden.”

    “Sehr schwer zu finden, hier müsste eine bessere Anfahrtsbeschreibung und Adressierung gemacht werden. Verständigung mit den Vermietern vor Ort fast unmöglich da die ausgewiesenen Sprachen Englisch und Französisch vor Ort nicht gesprochen worden sind. Ausstattung; Sauberkeit, waren den Preis entsprechend gut.”
